Roger L. Schemmel, Jr., CLU,ChFC, CEBS: Roger started his financial services career in 1980 and is vice-president of our Financial Services and Employee Benefits division. He has been committed to providing comprehensive Financial Planning and Advisory Services to Molyneaux clients since 1984. Roger specializes in providing consulting and brokerage services of insurance and related financial products to businesses and individuals. Roger has served as the president for the Quad-City Chapter of the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters & Chartered Financial Consultants and is a past member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa Broker Advisory Council. He is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and The Quad-Cities Estate Planning Council. Sharon M. Wilson, CEBS: Sharon specializes in Employee Benefits and has been with our firm since 1985. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and works with employer groups ranging in size from 2-2000 employees. Sharon thrives on solving problems. Problems for individuals trying to meet retirement goals as well as businesses struggling to develop and maintain comprehensive benefits package. She views every problem as an opportunity for a solution. Sharon is a member of the following organizations that aid her in staying up to date with product changes as well as legislative issues: Association of Health Insurance Advisors International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists Davenport Association of Insurance and Investment Advisors Sharon and Roger have over 35 years of experience in consulting and designing financial products for our customers. This experience has allowed them to develop strong working relationships with many companies, which permits them to offer their clients a variety of quality products.
